service and loft bed was completely devivered and the bed is fabulous.

This bed is easy to put together. There are a few times where you may need 2 people. My daughter is 11 and she loves it! Great storage, the bed is sturdy, and there's plenty of space underneath.

It's a great bed. Only probably was it was missing a few pieces of hardware for the piece that goes on the steps to shut the door in it. And the desk pieces was warped. We made it work though.

I don't feel the $500 was worth for the quality of the product.

Nice bed, but your instructions need work and areas like the desk i had to frehand where the table beeded to be screwwed in since there was no holes. some of the assigned screws were not long enough. had to go to home depot to get longer. Also the wood for the desk was so warped i had to sit on it for couple hours befire i could put the desk even together. Decent bed when all said and none. the kid likes it. but 6 hours to put together due to instructions not correct.

unit arrived with warped boards that had to be flattened over time to even begin to fit. many areas of assembly did not have predrilled holes - particularly concerning the staircase assembly and the mattress support slats! -I was missing a package of screws and bolts ss well. the area i have it set in is very compact so it is unable to wobble, but without that factor it would be completely unsafe. i would return it but like i said i had to drill holes myself to finish the build and the length of time it too between fixing the warped boards and that ive already lost the boxes it came in.

Many pieces were cracked or broken. Stain was uneven and some pieces weren't even stained! Hoping Walmart will help. Directions were difficult to follow.

First thing, it's a pain to try and put together!! Then you have warped boards that will not align and makes the bed look crazy. It is not worth the price nor trouble!!!!! It is a pretty bed, in picture only!

As soon as I bought the bed it went on sale. And they would not give me a refund for the difference.

The bed looks just like the picture. Assembly was hard because the instructions were very difficult to follow.
