When we received it. The directions didn’t make sense. We had to improvise on some steps. Some of the wood was chipped. The trimming had come off. We had to glue it with wood glue. Some of the bases had cracks in them. The main reason why we didn’t return was we had taking everything out. We had no way out of bundling it back to return it nor a vehicle big enough to take it to the store for a return. We had to improvise and make some adjustments to make it sturdier.

The bed was easy to assemble and looks good but when a child is on the top bunk and moves the bed makes noises.

I bought this thinking it would be great with the reviews I had read, the instructions weren’t the best but they weren’t the worst I have read. I have damaged pieces as in they had marks in them kind of like indents in the wood, in the top bunk bed part the they drilled the holes in the wrong part for the small bar that goes on the outside over the three rails so it doesn’t even line up with the ones they pre drilled, and the wood is cheaper wood then I expected it to be. I had on rail that was already split. I bought this one because I love the farm house look to it for my girls room but I wouldn’t buy it again if I had the chance and I don’t want to go through the hassle of sending it back and trying to find another one, so me and my husband with just have to drill out the holes to make it work.

We purchased for our girls. Bought it because it had weight limits posted for 200lb on top and 400lb on bottom. Figured that way it would last longer as they got older. I was making the top bed and it already broke, the bed has been put together for 2 whole days. Not study and r structurally sound at all. Do not recommend.

None of the holes were lined up correctly. Most of the pieces did not already have holes. Many pieces busted out and did not align properly. There are big gaps in between the boards and the frame.

The only reason I have the one star is because of the of the parts weren’t aligned with the instructions and I tried reaching out to the manufacturer and still three months later no response. Can’t really return it as it’s already assembled. It’s be nice to get a partial refund or something but that’s wishful thinking.

The bed looks really cute in the picture. However, it is made from cheap materials and was a pain to put together. If you have carpet, forget about re arranging. I did and the belt buckled. Resulting in a bunch of warpage. Due to the cheap wood the framing is made from. There is a warning sticker on it that says that the paint contains an ingredient that is a carsinogentic, the wood that serves as the supports... is extremely cheap. splintering and warping. There are only 3 pieces of wood, tiny stakes, serving as the supports underneath. down the center. I got it on sale. For $250. i think it originally retailed at $550. If you are prepared to re construct an alternative method of framing/support.... and you also dont mind the cancer causing resin paint..... it might be worth the buy. I ordered it because of the free shipping but the quality is crap. I would advise against it. You can find something better on facebook marketplace.

Don’t bother waiting your money on this, the first one I got shipped had a broken board so I sent it back and reordered it again got it and upon inspection it seemed like it was OK looked fine. After putting it together it seemed eye catching due to my style not even having it for a year, The boards are already cracked and I’m sure it’s cracked on the sides facing the wall as well and my kid (3yrs old) don’t even use it very often but from what I can see on the one end not by the wall it’s cracked 4 different spots and she she don’t even get on the top bunk and it’s cracked up there too! So don’t waist your time or money like i did and fine something better built! 😡

Disappointing Quality and Design Flaws I was excited about this bunk bed for my kids, but it fell short of expectations. The assembly instructions were confusing, and it took hours to put together. The wood feels flimsy, and I’m concerned about its durability, especially for active kids. The ladder design is awkward and not user-friendly, making it difficult for younger children to climb safely. For the price, I expected much better quality and sturdiness. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this product.
