only complaint is it took forever to put together directions were not the best. otherwise it's great.

It took about 8hrs to put together. It is a great bed but you will need a drill, for the screws. It is wobbly currently looking for a way to stabilize

perfect in every way for my 8 year old! she's over the moon. it did take a few hours to put together but she was sleeping soundly the same night we reverberate received it! arrived quickly!

The only reason for four stars is because the directions are difficult to follow in some places and because the packaging was a pain. Do yourself a favor and separate the pieces into zones when you unpack it - upper, lower, roof, and stairs. It'll save you a lot of headache and time.

This is a 2 person job putting it together to start off. 1 part in the instructuons was wrong but easily seen (saying to use bolts E when we needed to use D). It was super confusing keeping all the different bolts in order so I'm sure i put some in the wrong spot but it came out great regarless. 4 stars because part number 12 had punch out holes that were not centered (1/8th of an inch off), I had to leave out a bolt but it didnt affect the stability of the window portion at all (it was a middle bolt, so the top and bottom ones had it covered). This is an easy fix. The shelf is my worst nightmare though because I have hit my head on it so many times! Utilizing pool noodles this summer for that thing. The stairs are large so my 6 year was going up them too fast and knocked his shin real good. Broke the skin and bruised, but that's more on him. I don't have pictures, I hope to be able to add some later on. This bed takes up less space than I imagined in the 10x10 bedroom we have. I was extra happy that my 6 year old is only 4 feet off the ground and the 'house' parts on top give him an idea of where not to be (to bot get hit by the fan). And in case anyone questioned it the way I did about safety, my 1 year old will have a crib mattress on the floor underneath the loft with a baby gate ziptied. Manufacturer had some terrible reviews online so I left a message but put it together anyway instead of replacing part 12. But they did actually get back to me about 3 hours later. Overall, this wasnt difficult to put together, it's sturdy, I can use it for more than 1 child, and I can easily customize parts of it with stickers /privacy curtain.

Was overall easy to build. only giving 3 stars because there is missing holes to connect railing properly and we had to drill a hole on one of the rods. otherwisw son loves his new bed!

Not enough bolts

This bed frame was a nightmare. It took us well over 24 hours to build it. While the instructions were great, the material itself was horrendous and very flimsy. There weren’t too many scratches on the metal pieces. The holes were not aligned and the wood pieces were also not fitting properly. I couldn’t substitute the wood pieces since they made up the stairs and cubbies. I already had this item unboxed and working on it when realizing these issues and it at that point it was going to be a hassle to return it. I would not recommend this product.

There are pieces that do not line up causing sharp metal edges to be exposed. Not safe for a child to sleep in.
