Euroco Twin over Twin Bunk Bed with Six Drawers for Kids Teens Room, Gray

This is the only bunk bed we found that isn't too high for our young kids and still allows the twin bed underneath to “see the sky,” which we (and they!) absolutely love. Installation was straightforward, though it did take about 45 minutes. The material felt a bit flimsy at first, but once everything was fully assembled and secured, the bed feels sturdy and safe. We have it for 3 months now. The drawers are practical in different ways, and there's also a good amount of storage space behind the lower bed. We were a bit skeptical when ordering, but we're now very happy with our purchase.

We are a little skeptical of the base boards that go under the mattress. They seem to be a bit unstable, but with a mattress seems fine. Assembly took some time and 2 people. Beautiful bed with wonderful storage.

Instructions are very difficult to follow for certain steps and measurement details. Way too many pieces!! Buyer beware.

I didn't even want to give this one star. I do not know how the item even looks due to not ever receiving it! I have constantly been going back and forth with customer service and received the same outcome=No Resolution. After speaking to over 5 customer service reps and 2 supervisors, I have yet to receive a refund. My issue was escalated to the Account Review Department and lack of empathy and understanding is an understatement. Walmart's Account Review Department informed me that because they see that the item was delivered on their end, I “must have received it” Not to mention that department only contacts consumers via email. They informed me via email that I will not be provided a refund. I literally had specific delivery instructions that were not followed yet I feel like I am being reprimanded for something that was out of my control. I even requested a copy of the picture they allegedly have on file showing that the item was delivered. The initial customer service rep I spoke to informed me that according to the picture, the item was delivered to the front door of my complex although the delivery instructions stated that I wanted the items delivered to my actual unit. On top of that, the picture does not specify whether the item was delivered to the accurate complex since the actual apartment address was not a part of the picture. Now I have to go through my financial institution to obtain my refund. Not to mention, I had another order that was delivered directly to me a day prior. One of the reps I spoke with put the items I received (the day prior) as the items that were not delivered. So now I have an outside seller emailing about a package I already received. I promise I will never order from you all again!
