Really beautiful bed just entirely too big for my space it was made very well definitely not cheaply made or looking . I was just get extra help because it was kinda difficult as a beginner building things for me to build but if you usually build things you should be fine .

Greetings team When you have a desire for something special, then you invest to make it come true. When things arrive at your doorstep, you expect kindness and joy from the person who arrives with your package! And when you open the package, you want everything to be in perfect condition! So my suggestion is that you treat the packages with more care so that what is inside is kept in perfect condition! I am writing all this because the young man who brought my package was not kind. And when I opened my package, I found a broken and defective piece in one of the boxes.

It looks exactly like the photograph. The trundle in narrow. I had to order a new, thinner one. the directions are obscenely hard to figure out, but with common sense and some guessing it comes together.

overall, Sofa is beautiful. What I dislike about the order was that the introduction were super confusing and unclear bit only that but I have missing holes for some bolts that I had to place for the wheels and for some pieces that needed to be bolt to the sofa

nice bed .. I had it for a week before I finally got it together... anyone who buys the bed . look thru all of the assembly directions... do not get stuck at the first step like I did. I did not understand what the brackets were for... there are no words just pictures... overall nice bed.. I had to buy a bunk bed twin mattress for the bottom bed of the trundle for it to roll under.. and the drawers are a little small but it looks lovely.

The color of the upholstery is not gray it is black. The assembly directions have no words.It is only pictures. There is no track for the bottom drawer to set in it rolls freely underneath. The the "headboard" or part %23 13 doesnt sit up as high, if using a standard twin mattresses.

Doesn't appear sturdy, we'll see how long it lasts. FedEx shipping was very late and extremely unreliable. Based on this experience, I will avoid purchasing furniture, and anything to be delivered by FedEx.

Instructions had no words only numbers was confusing but after 8 hours we did it. Than I threw the directions in the wood stove never too be seen again .bahhaa

For a very simple item it was poorly designed assembly instructions is very poor thy did not cater for a regular individual with no skill set to assemble I'm a pro builder I did it but for any who has no background it would be difficult because of the poor designs

After unboxing every piece of this daybed with drawers and trundle there was no hardware enclosed. I tried contacting Walmart and Euroco to get the hardware since I have everything unboxed and unwrapped for my daughter for Christmas but no one could help me. All sellers for walmart.com should have to provide a phone number for customer support. Does anyone have a phone number for Euroco or parent company, Comptree Inc?
