Euroco Upholstered Twin Bed, Platform Bed with 2 Drawers for Kids, Gray

the bed was delivered early, so that's a bonus! all of the parts were shipped, including the hardware. assembly was simple. it only took an hour to assemble it by myself. our daughter loves it!

I'm really enjoying this bed because my mattresses are no longer on the floor. However, the quality of the textile that the boards are wrapped in on the outside textile upholstery is subpar but it will do its job because I have other options so thanks.

We had to reorder this bed and get a replacement and it still didn't come with all the correct parts. The A-frame can't be put up and it doesn't look complete… luckily we had a curtain to make it look better. My daughter loved the bed but I didn't pay for a 3/4 bed so I'm a little upset.

I have been putting together different furniture for years and am familiar with how to do it easily however this bed was the biggest pain to put together. 1. All hardware is thrown in one bag and not marked so you are guessing what's correct to use. 2. The wood pieces are covered in upholstery and holes are seared through the upholstery where the hardware needs to go… most of the holes weren't large enough so I was left trying to cut thick upholstery to make a wider opening… very annoying! 3. Hardware count was off… I was forced to use another piece of hardware that wasn't supposed to be for the piece I was putting together… 4. The trundle is not very sturdy-construction not thought out.. I can see the side (where you pull the bed out) breaking or the wheels bending. Cute once it's done but I'm disappointed for the amount of money it costs-I've got cheaper items and had no issue putting them together or with quality. If it wasn't a pain to return I would return.

Do not buy this!!! Unless you're a master builder. I can usually build anything I buy by myself in under an hour. This took my roommate and I 3 HOURS to build and we are fairly good at these types of builds. We deserve a bob the builder award for the trauma this bed inflicted on us. Firstly, nothing is labeled. All the bolds and washers just come in one bag, and they're very similar so you really have to pick thru them to figure out what's what. Then, none of the bed parts were labeled and they also all looked the same. Finally, the screws and bolts and things barely fit into their holes properly. Some were so tight we could barely get them in and others were so loose the bolt is basically just hanging in there. Unless you are a VERY advanced builder, do NOT buy this.

This would be a great bed IF it came with all the pieces or if I could get a real solution from anyone on how to get the missing pieces! No one with Walmart can help it seems and it will be a huge pain to return this just to order a new one *hoping* all the parts will be included. I circled the missing pieces I need to complete my kids' new bed. Will update review if any updates occur.

I ordered my bed frame and mattress on 6/20 and i was told it would arrive 6/26. My daughters mattress was “delayed” and now canceled, yet they still haven't refunded me. %26 my daughters bed frame hasn't even moved the facility and it is now 6/27. I called and they cant give me hardly any answers besides “ITS ON BACK ORDER” ?! Why let someone place an item, give them a delivery date and can't even supply the item?! I'm so frustrated. I just go to check and now my daughter's bed frame says “delayed” as well. I need answers ASAP !

It arrived with one piece broken. Zero response from the company after I reached out. We bought a replacement piece because my daughter loved the look of the bed so much. Since then, more parts have broken. If you buy this, know that you're just donating money to this company for something you're going to have to dump in a landfill. Complete waste. Zero customer service.

as easy as it looks...this bed is so hard to get together. none of the screws go in easily. all the bolts are misaligned with the holes they go into. and i didnt get the ladder!

I'm assuming another box is associated with this order, I'm missing both sets of bed slats and the head and foot boards. company is located in Greece, and the replacement place is no longer available. i was unable to get in contact with anyone.
