Great quality, sturdy, looks good, kids love it!
Took husband a little over an hour to assemble. Kids love it. Very sturdy. Doesn't look cheap. Great value!

I'm very happy with the quality and look of the bed. My only issue was that the box arrived damaged and some of the hardware was missing. I had to order barrel nuts from Amazon because I can't get them locally. I have to wait to finish putting the bed together until those arrive. Instructions were easy to follow and it seems to be very good quality. There were a few scuff marks on the wood, I just touched them up with craft paint.

Not Sturdy
My 110 lbs 12 year old jumped into the bottom bed to go to sleep and the support beam broke. This was on day 3!

Nice Item, But Assembly Packaging Must Improve
The item looks and feels nice but, no hardware was included in the packaging to assemble the beds. Walmart is referring me to the manufacturer to resolve the problem. From a customer perspective, I hate having to be inconvenienced and do the "run-around" dance for delinquencies (defined as neglecting one's duty) in a transaction. I am being inconvenienced by both Walmart and the manufacturer in the rectification process. It's such a big item, I had to wait until I got to box 3 of 3 to find the assembly instructions and learn no hardware was included, unpacking everything along the way. I'm still waiting to see how hard obtaining the hardware will be, since it arrived on Saturday and the manufacturer is only open Monday -Friday.

Broke fast :/
I really loved the set up building it was pretty hard and top bunks were amazing and well supported but the bottom queen bed not so much side rail broke in 3 parts just putting the mattress on it. I didn't have any warranty information with the box to be able to contact anyone to replace that piece and to take it back to the store will be such a headache. Disappointed on the support for the bigger bed

Bad full size bed with 2 twin size over
Board on full size bed as soon as my 110 lb 13 sat on it almost six hundred dollars to have it break the first time she sits on it im mad about it i think they should replace the piece of bedframe
