I only have it 3 stars for assembly because I'm working with only 1 arm. But it was overall easy love this for my son's room.

Came in 3 boxes put it together looks just like the picture and is huge tbh which is fantastic.

Super cute bed! My daughter loves it. Wasn't too difficult to put together. The instructions weren't the best but weren't horrible. I would recommend this product.

This bed was terrible. It took forever to build it and we started at 10 AM and it is currently 9:30 PM and we still aren't done. I will never recommend this to anyone else and if I could have my money back, I would take it back I would probably steal it back actually if I can't have it back, but this bed is terrible. The assembly is ridiculous. Do not buy this. Thank you.

The pictures look better then the real item when unboxed. Also there was NO ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS in any of the 3 boxes. Tried to call Euroco customer support and have to wait to speak with them Monday - Friday only. So my item has to sit on the floor until I can speak with them about where the assembly instructions are. Unable to find any help on line also

When we receive the item, it came without the screws to put it together. There were no screws in the box whatsoever. Because of this we had to return the item and first opted for a replacement. The replacement process and getting it returned was a complete nightmare and we had to eventually just ask for a refund. My experience with the seller was terrible. It's sad because I had so much hope and was so excited to set this piece up.

it came defective and despite contacting the seller it was not resolved. the baseboards are extremely weak. the pre-installed lights do not work, very poor quality

Product came with messing metal inside of headboard to screw the screws in. One side had it and the other didn't just wood so I couldn't screw the head board in on that side at all. Screw just kept spinning and head board would fall down on that side. Contacted seller no response. Went to try and return but it's a third party seller so still have to contact seller. Not worth the money trouble or headache. And my package was lost in transit. Was excited when I finally got it. To receive a defective product.
