I'm obsessed with this bed. I was a little annoyed that the styrofoam that it was packed with stuck to the leather, but it came off pretty easy. It's great quality and it's beautiful. It was pretty easy to put together, I did it by myself. I'm so happy I took the risk to purchase this bed, I love it.

this thing is HARD to put together. it took 2 competent adults around 20 hours to put it together. main problem is that many holes were not drilled where they should be, or at all, so you had to make your own. also, missing some instructions. overall once it's built, it's sturdy and nice looking.

Cute setup and my girls ended up loving it. But.....expect at least a day to set up. Directions are not user friendly, missing some bolts, parts were dinged, scratched, and some either not pre drilled or the holes were off. I had already lugged the extremely heavy boxes up, unpacked and organized parts or I definitely would've returned. Contacted customer service, who were nice but only offered 10% off. Not to be unappreciative, but I probably spent that in parts that were missing and paint to try and fix scratched ares. For cost it wasn't bad. But unfortunately learned you get what you pay for.

Description and Title state its a Queen size bed, however; box stated full, and it ended up being a full-size bed. We had to return the queen-size mattress purchased with the bed. The upholstery pieces were packaged in Styrofoam with no plastic wrap or protection, so the foam stuck to the upholstery of the bed. We've had to scrub to get some off, but some are still stuck. It was simple to put together with the right tools. The bed is decent quailty.

most of the parts number stickers came off so i didnt know what went where and some holes didnt line up and 3 people looked at it. Boards also where splitting even with pre drilled holes. But i like the lay out. Just not worth the price for it in my opinion

We did not receive all the hardware. Bed is half assembled and in order to get this remedied Walmart stated we have to disassemble and return. Do very disappointed.

WORST EXPERIENCE YET!! RECEIVED 1 OF 3 PACKAGES WITH 3 PIECES OF WOOD. Spoke with seller theough email and refused refund after waiting 2 weeks for a resolve. Seller then had audacity to tell me to do legwork( her job) to attempt to locate said missing packages. WORST SELLER SERVICE. STILL WAITING ON REFUND FROM WALMART WHO GUARANTEED THEY WOULD STEP IN AND MAKE IT RIGHT. Someone, at least one person, needs to do their job. Its beyond pathetic. One of the largest distributors in the world and ABSOLUTELY NO ACCOUNTABILITY OR RESPECT FOR CUSTOMER RELATIONS.

Nice product, however its not a queen size!!!! Its for a double bed. Put together and mattress wont fit, customer service is horrible, cannot return! BUYER BEWARE!!!

This bed was absolutely horrible to put together. Two sets of directions that were completely different. A whole set of missing screws and bolts. Having to drill our own holes, could t even put the toy box together because the boards were all wrong. And customer was absolutely horrible with helping.

1 box had every wooden piece numbered like it was supposed to, the 2nd box didn't have any of the slats numbered so it was close to impossible to try and assemble the bed. Beyond frustrating. Will most likely have to return
