It was shipped in two different orders. I was unaware until I read others reviews. Easy to assemble happy with my purchase
The loos just like the pictures. It's a nice bed I got it for my three children. 150lb , 75lb, and 64 lb those are the weights of my children(I think the maximum weight is 500). Of course the one that weighs the most is on the bottom. The first picture happened while putting the bed together the second picture is a different side of the bed. Now both sides are completely broken being held up. Now the lower sides are like the first picture. I've been think about taking the sides down and trying to fix them. But I'm definitely about to see what this warranty will do first.
beautiful bed but only works if you can get it together. so many missing parts. one ladder came with all the steps missing the thread inside to place the actual bolts. 4 of the bed planks cracked out of the box. the ladder did not align with the bed frame holes designated. nice bed but parts issues make me provide low rating
Did not contain hardware for bed just instructions
Was super excited to buy these beds for my children , the bunk beds arrived. Went to put together the bed and just in step one discovered that the bunk beds was defective. Reached out to Walmart took 2 days to actually speak with a rep who was able to help me get the bunk beds returned. FedEx came and got the bunk beds a week later and now I have to wait 3 weeks of my pick up just to get my refund process back to my original payment . Very upset about this , because I originally ask can they send out the correct pieces or do an exchange.
The bed is ok for the bottom level but the top isnt study and safe at all. The wood bend once my kid on top of it, and he is 40lbs. By the way, I found a surprise cockroach inside the second box. It was nasty, I did sanitize a lot before let my kid actually lying down on it. The seller Need to improve for sure
Didn't come with any of the pieces to assemble the bunkers together. Realized that was all missing after taking all the pieces out of the box.
where are the instructions
None of the pieces line up! im so irritated
bed didn't last a week before it start falling apart. not real sturdy frame is trash.
