Looks great.. my teen daughter's happy. I added some jewelry hooks and lights underneath.... She and my husband assembled it together without major issues... but I will mention that one of the side drawer pieces arrived cracked (my husband had wood glue and fixed it)...also one board arrived a little scuffed up, but it ended up against the wall anyway, so it wasn't a big deal.

Great for the money! Pretty easy assembly. It is nice to add the desk space if you have a smaller room.

Loved it. Only thing is it shakes extremely with any small movement. Screws on the bedframe are not sturdy enough for me, the weight limit being 350 lbs is definitely misleading but tower than that I loved it. So elegant and spacious

It's beautiful, but he's afraid to sleep in it because it's so the ladder is hard to get in and out of up and down. He's afraid to do it at night if he has to go potty. big but it's a beautiful bed and I would recommend it a big beautiful bed,..

We bought this bed after seeing an influencer hype it up as a Pottery Barn dupe. It's a piece of junk. It was delivered with six pieces of missing hardware, which Walmart/the manufacturer refused to replace. We didn't discover the missing hardware until the bed was almost fully assembled. It's extremely wobbly, despite saying it has a weight limit of 350 pounds. I wouldn't even let my average-sized 5-year-old climb up it. Two pieces of a drawer were also broken because the wood composite is such poor quality. Do not buy.

Bought this item as a gift for my daughter. We built it for several hours and were missing several parts along the way. We didn't want to take it down and ruin all previous work. So, called and spoke with a customer service agent in December. I tried to just get replacement parts and it was not possible. The agent eventually decided to give us a manger's partial refund. This had to be approved of course. I called several times after this call asking for a confirmation email and updates on my refund. Never got the email but several agents were able to locate the refund info and give me updates until today. Now I'm being told there's nothing that can be done and the only option is to return the item for a full refund after we have already spent extra money to replace the parts that were missing. .

This bed looks very cute but is not sturdy. The closet door constantly falls off the rails, it wobbles when my child sleeps in it, and is very noisy. Does not feel safe.
