Euroco Wood Full Size Murphy Bed with Desk and Shelves, Space-Saving Wall Bed for Bedroom

Take your time reading the directions BEFORE you start assembly. It is very specific on how to put this together. This bed looks fantastic in our guest room.

While the assembly is a bear, the product looks great and appears very sturdy. The pull down could use a thicker panel where the mattress is but we laid on it and we didn't fall through. Not for a kids room.

A beautiful piece of furniture. Be prepared, it does take some time to assemble; follow the directions carefully, the results are well worth it! Just perfect for my inhome office.

Instructions and packaging need to be improved. Mixed parts, screws ect. With floating numbers are confusing. Two piece s of wood were bowed. An B2 had cracks on one side. I used it verses waiting on replacement. Cracks can be seen by enlarging picture 2. I like the overall look of the product but would like to see these improvements to make it a better and less complicated project for others.

Instructions were horrible. Took a long time to put together. Just need knowledgeable person to do. L

When I started to assemble the bed, there was a part missing. I contacted Walmart to see if they could get the one part sent but they said the business could not just send one part. I had to box the entire bed up again which was a hassle so FedEx could pick it back up

Beware this is not eligible for return. The app said up to a 10" mattress and 2 people to build but the instructions are clear 5" to 8" mattress, 4 professionals to build in 4 hours. The product may be awesome but the app information is not accurate. Its heavy and came in 4 boxes. Moving it in was awful. I gave away my bed frame, hurt my back, and cleared out the room to prepare. Found instructions and immediately knew it was not what we wanted. Walmart hopefully will change the incorrect information. I wish I had not ordered it. Again not the product, because I did not even start it.

Hardware Parts came defective. There is no contact information to get replacement parts. The only option given anywhere is return in its original packaging to the store. Now I have a half put together bed that is unusable because there's no way to package up 4 huge, heavy boxes and get them back to the store AFTER disassembling what is already put together. I've even googled the company name to find a number or email to contact and the email I sent to that customer service had a return email saying the recipient server did not accept delivery request. I don't recommend this bed to anyone. It also is too heavy to be opened and closed all the time and doesn't come with wall anchors - they tell you in the directions to buy your own wall anchors that would be suitable for your type of walls.

Some of the cheapest quality trash “furniture” I've ever bought. The hydraulic struts I received are defective/locked out, so I'm going to have to figure that out on my own I guess. The screws are cheap pot metal that will strip out when you try to tighten everything down. The “wood” will creak and crack every time you tighten anything. I'm honestly concerned about which guests I can offer this bed to in my home now, it feels like it would only be safe to support the weight of children, but if I ever get these struts to work they may not even be able to keep the bed open. No helpful information on this listing. Should have just bought IKEA or something from Amazon, at least there is post sales support with them. Even if this looks like a good deal, and you think you're up to the task of putting it together and you won't have the same problems that others warn about here(like I thought), avoid this at all costs.

I've had this bed 42 months now.Trying to assemble it, and i'm stuck at the shocks.They don't fit.It's really waste of my time.And money
