love the triple bunk bed , took me and my oldest child 6 1/2 hours to put together. i love it . the directions where they had the letters and numbers some of it was confusing and then some of the letters and numbers were missing off the items that was hard to tell which one was which . the wood that you lay the mattress on doesn't seem strong enough so we had to buy more wood so they wouldn't fall through ,but other than that I love the product my kids love it.

It's a very nice bed, one of the bolt holes was stripped so wasn't able to tighten properly! One of the screws was missing! Other than that, I really like the bed and the quality! One major drawback is if you move and want to take the bed, it will need to be completely disassembled as the three beds are all part of each other and not separate, so it would be difficult to make three beds in the future when the children outgrow the bunk bed idea!

I started building the bed before my husband got home from work and we assembled the rest together because it is definitely a 2 man job (have to hold up decently sized pieces). I docked a star because the little shelf on the top bunk technically does not assemble properly based on the instructions and the way the pieces are built. We made it work well enough our way, but one way or the other, that part will frustrate you.

The paint on the headboard is off. Trying to see if I can get a discount since the bed is being put together and it's takes a lot of work to disassemble and send back

Bought the EUROCO Wood Full Size Storage Platform Bed with Desk and Trundle, Lift up Hydraulic Storage Bed with Upholstery Cushion, White. I do not know who created the instructions but they SUCK, most of it does not make sense and the trundle one, you can't even screw the screws into the board with a drill or a screwdriver because it is to close to the E1 board. Its taken about a full half day to put it together bc the wood is so cheap that you can't really use a drill or it strips the nails.

I recently purchased a 3-bed bunk bed and unfortunately, I found the safety and assembly aspects to be quite disappointing. The safety of this bunk bed is poor, which is a major concern when it comes to furniture intended for children. The structure feels unstable and wobbly, causing worry about potential accidents. Additionally, the assembly instructions provided with the bunk bed were poorly written and unclear. It was difficult to follow the steps and properly put the bed together. This made the assembly process frustrating and time-consuming. Considering the importance of safety and the need for clear instructions when assembling furniture, I cannot recommend the 3-bed bunk bed due to its poor safety features and inadequate assembly instructions.

Most people purchase bunk beds for kids and safety should be the priority. This bed is so misaligned that I would not put an animal on it. I am trying to attach photos of the poor construction but the site is not allowing me to upload them. Please do not put your children on this bed.

The parts were mislabeled and the wood work for the shelf/ladder and the bed support were made of cheap wood. My son is only 100 lbs and the ladder bottom step cracked when he stepped up on it. There wasn't enough support beams for the two twin beds because the mattresses are falling in between the gaps. The wood for those beam are cheap and too bendable. I do not recommend this product and wish I could return it or at least receive some replacement parts for the broken ladder and more matteress beams for the bottom beds.

I received the product in the 3 boxes. All the wood looks great. No problems with paint. I ran into issues with the screws. The manual says I should have 21 T 06-80MM hex head screws. I received 7. I hit contact seller and told them of my issue and they said they couldn't find my order. I then screenshot the order receipt and sent it to them and they said the exact same thing.

Came with damaged headboard :-( Had already begun assembling the triple bunk bed, then noticed the damaged piece. Was told a new piece could not be sent but a full replacement or refund was offered if we would disassemble, repackage and return the entire item! :-/Daunting idea/task and not very realistic unfortunately. Could have been an awesome new set for the three girls but instead it's a headache and looks like it was bought preowned instead of new. Simply disappointing
