its a good bed
for the money, its great. came very organized and well protected. all part were good. one panel was mislabeled but i figured it out. be prepared to spend a lot of time putting it together. kid love it

Great loft bed... just difficult to build
A lot of the pieces weren't labeled and the screws were tossed together in bags with the numbers thrown in with them. I built this alone but now I'm so sore and tired I feel like the loft bed mugged me. I used a drill bit instead of the key tool provided and that saved a lot of time. It looks nice and really is a great space saver. It's just the building part is killer.

Works but careful (cheaply made)
Instructions are not very easy to follow. Make sure you separate and label the screws and bolts before you start. Takes thinking to get it straight and can really mess things up. Parts are clearly cheap so be careful of over tightening. Easily strip holes and crack wood. Stairs width is narrow.

Good. Bad. Ugly
Directions are not descriptive enough. led to pieces having to be taken apart and reassembled. item was missing hardward and several pieces were either blemished or broken. Contacted Walmart for replacement parts which was a nightmare. Bought two of these Will absolutely be returning 1 for sure. Will have to attempt again to get replace pieces.

I was almost done, i realized 2 pieces for the doors were missing. Only option is to return for a refund or replacement meaning i have to take everything apart after almost 3 hours of working on it.

Terrible
Product was cheaply made had a couple of cracks as it arrived. Call customer service to get a replacement I got hung up on twice issue was not resolved a lot of pieces not marked correctly as well. I will never buy this product from Walmart again don't do it it's not worth your time.
