It took for ever to put together, but it was worth it. It came out like the picture. Worth the money.

Bed is nice a lot to put together. Most disappointing wa it arrives late and missed their birthday

Came with broken steps and missing hardware.

looks just like the photo. sturdy, besides the steps are very week and slipery when wearing socks took about 3 days to put together

The beds instructions were OK. However, the stickers labeling each piece fell off, so most of the bed was not labeled. The desk is very sturdy so are the steps (I did use power tools to tighten the bed. It was not sturdy without it.) The bed is completely universal like the desk and the bottom bunk can be flip-flop or can be taken out completely. The steps also could very easily be flipped to the other side. . It does not say this in the description but I think is a GREAT thing. It also did not come with enough slats I had to cut three more slats . The screws are very big and there is a lot of them, especially on the desk that show..

Just like picture after done with assembly. Some instructions hard to understand. A lot of the parts are not labeled. We had to guess and compare to other labeled parts. The stairs was the hardest part to assemble.

This product came broken I called customer service, and they said they would replace or refund, but I needed to have the whole item returned which I paid to have this bed assembled and they wanted me to now disassemble it!!!! I am very unsatisfied with the customer service I received and the whole product I received extremely unsatisfied, and I will be reaching out to the Attorney General and better business bureau this is ridiculous the amount of money I spent on this bed and overall, at Walmart in general

Worst bed ever. I decided to ignore the bad reviews bc it was the only bed that was perfect in measurements and had everything I needed in one and I figured for $479 I would take my chances but thy charged me 659 after NUMEROUS calls they refused to give me the difference. The bed came open scratched and damaged with missing parts and unfortunately I didn't realize til it was 65% built. I called AGAIN they offered $50 or to come pick up an almost built bed! HOW?!? So I kept the bed against my will. Only for the bed to fall apart in a week! It's very FLIMSY every time my daughter moves up top the bed rocks and the walls shake, my neighbors are complaining. The drawers are not smooth at all. The desk has a hole in the back so everything falls out. The storage on top of the desk is not bolted on to the desk and has slid off and hit my daughter. In just a week The stairs are caving in from my 8 year old that weighs nothing. I have pictures and video proof of all of this and I have asked for a full refund and they keep refusing it. Needless to say this bed is garbage and I will need to buy a new bed sooner than later. Just hate that I wasted almost 2 days building it bc of the millions of screws and bad instructions. Only pictures no wording. I just had to guess by looking at the pictures. Wish I could give it a ZERO review.

Does not look like picture at all. Looks very cheap. If we had not just spent 3 hours putting it together I would send it back. I bought draw pulls to try and make it look uniform with the other furniture in the room but the difference in quality is very apparent.

This was an absolute piece of junk!! It was wobbly, unsafe, had many different knocks and damaged parts, missing pieces. Horrible! Had to be taken apart and returned.
