Forever to assemble
Once completed, the bed is exactly as pictured and sturdy enough for kids. However, the assembly took around 15 man hours to complete. Its a JOB to get this built.

Missing parts and broken step!!!
Ohhhh mymymy - it was so many pieces to put together %26 so many bolts %26 5 missing bolts / the 4 inch bolts !!! Yikes !!! Then - after almost 2 solid days of piecing it together - our grandson went up the steps and the first one busted !!!??? Yes !!! I'm including pictures. Our grandson only weighs 45 pounds. Please tell me you can fix this terrible situation

find a bed with better stair access
There is no entrance way onto the bed…you have to jump over the bed to get in. whole point of stairs is for easier access…also it took 10 hours to put together.

Broken, rotten pieces, unsafe, no customer service
Don't do it… just don't. The bed arrived in three separate boxes, and before you start building you will have to take everything out, since pieces you need for the first step are distributed across all three boxes. But that is just the beginning of the nightmare. We received a broken slat that is vital to the assembly, making this now an unsafe product. Some of the slats looked like they were rotted or moldy. The quality control of this item is non-existent. We tried to find the contact information to contact the company online, but it is nonexistent. Walmart customer service gave me an email address based in Greece, but predictably I received no response. More investigation into this company yielded a very low trust score. Walmart CS was no help either, since I did not purchase insurance on this item. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this bed.
