No noise works perfectly and I use it to cool down the room. Does boost your heat or ac. Easy to install and put in your vent.
We measured the space before ordering and knew the size was different but we figured we could cut a frame around it to attach it. It seems to be working great when we hold it in place. My kids are excited to be getting an AC boost for their room. Just double check the space if you don't want to have to make modifications.
The item took quite a while to arrive and was not sealed. That notwithstanding, it's exactly as described. Easy to install and easier to use. The remote control is a great luxury. Just be careful, the remote control also operates the LED lights in my daughter's room. Our upstairs is usually 15 degrees hotter than the downstairs. This is going to keep my daughter cool without me having to freeze downstairs.
The master bedroom is always hot in the summer and winter. I put this smart pressure booster fan in the duct opening on the floor. The directions are made simple to understand. The system isn't noisy and the remote is a great asset. The fan power is good and adjustable. This will work great to keep the temperature in our master bedroom much more comfortable to sleep in. I recommend this product. The product is very well made and durable.
I'm ready to tackle the summer! This little vent fan is doing more than I expected. It's definitely pushing and circulating air with force I might add. Nice little remote with several different functions is a plus. And the cool thing about it is you absolutely hear nothing.
This picture isn't the item, I Received a Smart Register Booster Fan. It works okay, but I thought it was wireless so that made it a little difficult to place. I wanted to put this in my bathroom but there is only one outlet and it's not near the vent.
Ok, Our kitchen, when your not cooking, is absolutely freezing! It tends to be between 60-62°F. When your cooking, or baking our kitchen is cool and comfortable, but any other time you are mucking about it's a wee bit chilly. We were going to put a plain register ducts above the 2 doorways in and out of the kitchen to help even out the temperature from the cold kitchen into the dining room, and the den...I came across this electric Pressure Booster Fan so thought this seems a better option, and yes it is! It has multiple fan speeds whether you choose cold mode during Summer, or Heat mode during Winter time, or Sleep mode which runs Low and Slow so you don't hear it, or Fan mode where you can freely adjust the speed between 1 to 10 (using the enclosed remote) to manually adjust breeze of fan, and lastly, there is Ionizer mode to improve your air quality...I didn't even notice this feature when I choose this initially...nice bonus feature! This is a plug in corded item. The cord on Ours is just over 10' 3" long, so it was easy to plug into our kitchen counter plug behind the Microwave. Was Easy to install, and included easy to understand instructions. You can also use the couple of basic buttons on the item...if you happen to replace the remote. The remote uses a CR2025 button battery, and 1 was included in the remote! Register Size 4" × 10" 12 Volts Power is 8 Watts
I haven't installed this 4" x 10" Smart Register Booster Fan yet, but so far I'm impressed with the quality and design. I plan to mount it in my ceiling vent, and after doing all the measurements, it appears to be a perfect fit. The white finish looks clean and modern, and I like that it comes with 10 speed settings plus a remote control for easy adjustments. I was also happy to see that it can be mounted in the floor, wall, or ceiling, which gives a lot of flexibility. The fan feels well made and much quieter than I expected based on reviews and product details. I'm looking forward to seeing how much it improves airflow and room comfort once installed. I'll update my review after using it for a while. Also love the modes
Its way smaller than i expected. It will cool.a small room. I do like the remote control, i give that A . Its smaller than a box fan and it should have a box fan price $8 to 10 bucks.
So this thing really does move some air and it helps quite a bit on full power. It does make a little bit of noise, but nothing crazy totally worth it.
