compact and easy to carry . had a little hard time removing caps for the instalation of the security hooks

Ladder is so easy to extend, very sturdy than I expected so now I am able to reach the tops of my window. Overall I am very satisfied with this purchase.

The telescoping ladder is quite convenient. The only flaw is that you must be careful with fingers when closing. Too convenient for travel and quick jobs, hope it's used properly not maliciously.

It was easy to retract and climb, it is a bit wobbly but it seems strong over all. I am 300 pounds and I was able to climb it.

I like the small size it collapses too. It seems a little heavier than another "magic" ladder I have seen but not crazy heavy. Used a few times. So far so good

Easier to setup but a little bit heavier for me to carry around the house. However, will it rust along the way?

This item was not delivered as noted. Address is correct as I’ve received items before and after! I need the item! I need a replacement sent ASAP! I’d rather pick up at the store, if you can’t deliver correctly! You ask for pictures of something not received Amazon you’ll never be! Where’s the human interaction and phone number to credit and resolve the issue??????
