Tall and Strong

scott July 21, 2025

The telescopic letter technology is amazing, 26 ft letter at this price and with the lightweight but strong structure. It's like nothing I have ever seen before, and I have bought many bladders over the years!!

26 ft ladder

anonymous August 8, 2025

Great product, just has big gaps between the steps (18 inches) so you need to get used to it. Perfect for limited storage space.

Good for the price

anonymous June 17, 2025

So far it works. A little bouncy. Wish the directions talked about adding the stabilizer at the bottom, but I figured it out. I only used it once gunna have to try it out more to really give it a thorough review. I was able to get to my second story and power wash from it.

Mixed

Robert April 6, 2025

Liked price and fast delivery. Got the job done securely trimming palm fronds at an elevated height with easy enough usage instruction diagram. That makes threes stars but it was lacking any form of assembly instructions. And the step height is huge. It is 17.5”. Not the standard 12” between rungs. That wasn’t a problem climbing up but coming down was a search for each a every step

Solid Ladder, Great Price—But No Instructions

anonymous July 31, 2025

I picked this up on sale for $268 (down from $420), and at that price, it's a steal. A telescoping ladder that reaches 26 feet is hard to find in this range, and this one feels surprisingly sturdy. Extending and collapsing it is mostly smooth—once you figure out how. That's where things get dicey: there are no real instructions. Just a single, vague sheet with worthless graphics and warning labels on the ladder—in Russian (is that legal?). I'm handy and figured out the assembly from the product photos online, but most people will struggle. You'll need a mallet to get the bottom stabilizer into the rail slots. Not including a proper manual is careless—borderline negligent—especially for something with real injury potential. And then there's the plastic slag. Several joints had sharp bits of excess plastic left untrimmed—enough to cut your hand or snag clothing if you're not careful. It's another red flag that quality control isn't exactly top-tier here, and it raises more questions about safety than it answers. The ladder is heavy, but the wheels help—though you have to drag it at a steep angle to get them to work correctly. One notable flaw: the top rung comes off too easily, and when it does, the rail drops into the rung below. Not something you want to discover while elevated. The bottom line is that at full price, I'd be annoyed by the janky finish, lack of instructions, and potential hazards. But at the sale price, I can work with it. Just know what you're getting into—read the warnings (once you translate them), check every surface before use, and don't assume the build quality matches the height.

Works, but very sketchy

anonymous June 26, 2025

Kind of ok, but it's sketchy to use. First off, it's heavy. It bows/bounces badly when fully extended, at an angle. Top steps are easy to extend, but gets much harder as you move down to the bottom ones. Bottom is stable and I like the wheels.

Overall the ladder seems to be sturdy. i got the 26 foot ladder so it is pretty heavy which is to be expected. It did arrive with no assembly instructions. I can figure that out but I will have to do some modification to install the stabilizer. I can not pound it into place with my hand. It will take a file and/or hammer. Once I get through this I believe it will be a nice product

EvaStar26.2'TeleScopLadder Steps 2 far, unstable!

Parinda July 4, 2025

EvaStar Home 26.2FT Telescoping Ladder, arrived and had everything except "installation" instructions. Luckily, assembly wasn't too difficult, based on purchase pic. This ladder has 3 big problems: 1: It is simply NOT stable at the full length, ie it is very bendy. ( Very difficult to climb ! ) 2: The top of the ladder is made of rigid plastic and the grips they provide are very slick and they would slide at full extension even on the brick! I strongly advise this company to provide a much grippier rubber for the end of the ladder to lean against the wall since not everyone is trying to use the supplied hooks, but need the grips. And the supplied grips were just awfully slick. 3: The "steps" are spaced way too far apart to climb safely. I have many ladders in the 20' range, but I needed a 26' ladder. I could barely go up a few steps safely. Like literally, you cannot safely climb this ladder with the distance that one step is from the next step. I strongly advise the company to revisit the distance between the steps to make them shorter and more consistent with other ladders. I can live with the odd mechanism for shrinking and growing the ladder, tho, I am not crazy about it. I advise against purchase unless you only plan to use this version of the ladder. The "V" style may be different? but this Extension Ladder made me feel very unsafe. (Returned)

See this ladder is very high risk for me the steps are two far apart and as you ascend higher it becomes less and less stable. Coukd be convenient around the yard for a homeowner, but not for commercial work in my opinion.
