Believe me when I tell you I have tried every baby swing out there! Because we always have a baby (or two!) in the house, our baby gear really becomes a part of our homes decor. When I first opened the box I was so excited for how beautifully this swing blends into our decor; I love the neutral wood accents and the soft muted colors of the fabric. It fits right in without screaming *baby gear*. The other amazing thing about the fabric is that it is Green Guard Gold certified. I have never seen another infant swing with this certification! We all know how important indoor air quality is (especially with babies in the home), so this certification really impressed me. Knowing that it is clean fabric for my babies to be around AND beautiful just really can’t be beat. When this swing arrived we had two babies in the home, a six month old and a one month old. I could not believe how easy and seamless it was to switch the swing between the soothing nest and swing modes. They both use the swing throughout the day and it literally takes me less than 15 seconds to switch between modes! I was also able to create tailored “scenes” for each baby within the Evenflo app, so that I could quickly put on each baby’s preferred motion and noise within seconds. If I forgot to do this however and the baby started fussing, the swing would quickly remedy this on its own without my help thanks to the cry detection!! I cannot tell you how handy that is when you have two crying babies and not enough hands. I also love that I can access all of my Evenflo products in the same app, including this swing and our infant car seat. Our six month old was absolutely enthralled with the sensory soothing lights. They are beautiful in soft calming colors and are just enough to catch her attention when she is fussy and I need a few moments with free hands. She also loved the up and down movement the swing provided, a motion I have never seen on another infant swing but that all babies seem to love (think gently bouncing on an exercise ball). It is about time a swing had this movement that colic-y babies love, so thank you Evenflo! Excellent soothing baby!

Looking for order number For EVENFLOR ELARA 2 AND 1 SMARTSWING

i bought it and the zipper was stuck to the mesh. it has been 4 weeks and ive stil gotten no help from manufacturer. i cant return because we threw the box away.

The swing looked great and was easy to assemble, but it wasn't working properly! It would turn on and off as expected, but if we pressed the music or light buttons while the swing was running, it would abruptly stop the swing in the exact position it was in! Turning the music or lights on before turning the motion worked, but obviously, we want to be able to start the music or light while the swing is already running. And we don't want a jerky swing that suddenly stops (with the wrong button) with baby on it instead of slowing down. This was clearly a malfunction of the product. We tried unplugging/plugging again, but it didn't fix it. Of course, we immediately returned this product. I am glad it showed its flaws right away and not after the return window.
