Way to loose

Since my son has been forward facing, the crotch area is extremely hard to figure out. He's underweight for a 2 year old and still the crotch area causes him discomfort. There's no way to adjust it and the pad doesn't stay on (it usually falls out every time). So frustrating because we expected this to be a car seat he could grow with but that isn't possible. I've taken the padding off to see if there was a way to adjust but there isn't.

This car seat is nearly impossible to safely install and tighten. I've had multiple people help me and all have struggled with this car seat compared to theirs. I have had issues with it loosening over time as well and sliding forward.

Not only is this car seat too small in the crotch to grow with your child, but the head rest snapped just trying to get my 20 month old grand daughter in the car seat. Unbelievable and unsafe. Do not recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the style we bought it to travel home from out of state but after I've strapped everything in tight and correctly it seems to no matter what tilt the the right and just makes me uncomfortable

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Sorry but this car seat did not live up to expectations. The all in one model before this was was great but this new one does not grow with the child. My son is 3 and weighs 38 pounds but the seat buckle is way too small between the legs. Even if you adjust it to the biggest setting it still digs in his thighs and leaves marks and turns his skin red. Overall the look of the car seat is great but the fit of the buckle is terrible. I definitely do no recommend as a convertible car seat.
