I love having this Matt. It has protected my seat seats from so many messes from crumbs to juices. It's cheap easy to install and fits directly underneath the car seat.

These mats having many feature that are accommodating and useful. The extra storage is so beneficial for small toys and/or Books with easy access to grab and give on the go. Very easy installation (just hang it up on the back your seat) and no more marks left on seats from dirty shoes!!

I drive a Ford Explorer and my 3 year old sits behind the driver seat and we just turned him to face forward and he was starting to kick the seat! This has definitely saved my seat! The car seat kick mat is a good item for the car. Some of the pros are: -simple design. It's just a simple mat that covers the back of the front seat - It keeps the back of the seat clean - It keep things organized - East to install Cons - Not enough pockets for storage. This kick mat is very simple and works as advertised. My daughter is a bit tall for her age at 16 months so in the rear facing car seat her shoes are always touching the seat. The kick mat creates a barrier between her dirty shoes and the seat which is nice. The material is thin and easy to clean with a damp rag. The slight convex shape makes installation for a rear facing child a bit tricky, but its doable. All in all, it's not an essential product, but definitely protects you car seat from dirty shoes and will save you some cleanup if you ever have to remove the car seat to allow big people (adults) to sit in the back seat. =) [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Great product. Easy to use. Folds up in a very compact size. Has nice pocket for holding items. Material is lighter in weight than what I had expected. But seems to be holding its own so far and protecting the seat. We shall see how it holds up and performs with the snow & mud this winter. Our 18 month old has to be rear facing until two yrs old so right now I have mine on the front of the back seat. And with that being said I do wish it was wider though so it covered the whole width of the seat (front or back of seat) and not leave the edges exposed. My crazy, rough 3 yr old loves to be a terror. With all the times she kicks the back of my seat, this kick mat never budged. I use the pocket for any of her snacks she may want later for longer car rides. As it has gotten colder, I use the pocket for her hat and gloves. It is a great, durable product. This is a good product if you live in a place that doesn't have a lot of mud or snow. It was easy to install but material that it is made of seems to be a little thin. The pocket is also small and will struggle to handle some of the technology available to kids. It's nice that it covers the entire backside of the seat. So the kick mat definitely does the job but it's mostly made for a front facing kid as there's a buckle at top and one at the bottom. I wanted to use it for my 18 month old who's rear facing still so I just snapped the top buckle around the back headrest for when she has dirty shoes but I was expecting something more sturdy.
