Evenflo LiteMax NXT Infant Car Seat, Anchor

This was my splurge as a first time mom and more than one person tried to talk me out of it because of the price but I was convinced I had to have it. Aesthetically it's amazing and matches our car interior quite well, installation was a piece of cake and it's easy to put in and remove the seat when on the go. I love the sound machine and lights the most and I can tell our infant son likes the sound. He must be comfortable in it too because he falls asleep quite quickly when placed in his seat.

i'm a first time mom so honestly didn't know which car seat was the best for my sweet baby. i have heard multiple good things about this car seat. as soon as i received it i was so excited that is was exactly what i was hoping for. it's super supportive which made me feel so good. it also came the day after i ordered it! definitely recommend!

We need an extra base for our second vehicle. Easy to install and quick release when taking the baby out. Very strong when properly installed.

We searched ,as I know many parents do, forever for the perfect car seat. I am so pleasantly pleased with this one from the safety and piece of mind it gives us when having others traveling with our baby to the peace it gives from the sensory soothe light bar and sound machine. This is a great, affordable car seat that does it all. We were going to go with another big name brand seat but there are no additional safety feature like the litemax has on the market for the price this one is at. We cannot wait to upgrade to another Evenflo car seat in the future!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This carseat has been so good for us. The light bar has saved us and our baby many tears on car rides. He loves them! It is easy to get in and out of the car and connects so smoothly to our stroller we bought with it. Our friends that spent double the price were also impressed with the quailty.

I just recently had my third daughter and I absolutely love the sensory soothe feature on this car seat. But my favorite part of the safety buckle. I wish they had this when I had first two girls haha. I just know my baby gets entertained with the lights & the music soothes her when she's fussy. I do recommend getting this ( it's super light weight ).

This seat was nice to use while our baby was a newborn and as a travel system, it worked amazing with the Evenflo stroller system we bought. However I drive a VW Atlas(midsize SUV) and we COULD NOT get the recline to be reclined enough for our newborn. We used this seat for about 3 months then switched to a different model/brand and all recline issues were resolved. We had a bigger baby(10lbs) and from the start we had some difficulty with the recline. It seemed his head was too heavy, as soon as the baby fell into a deep sleep in the car, his head would essentially be in his chest. We called the support team and they were extremely helpful and kind! We fixed everything that they advised and tightened the seat, however I found the issue was with the base and my cars compatibility. I read online this was a common trend with this specific seat and SUVs. Again, it was SO convenient for short trips around town and using it with the stroller system, as the babies head would not slump forward using it in the system. If you have an SUV I would be weary of this model. It gave me a quite a headache worrying my babies breathing was affected anytime we were in the car over 30 minutes. Hope this helps!
