We have 2 of these carseats and we love them!

Our daughter loves the new found space she has in her "big girl" car seat, plus the cup holders are a new bonus. I feel comfortable knowing it has the head padding, adjustable straps, etc. When we're ready she'll be able to switch to using the seat belt with it. Its got the seat belt holders at the top to keep it in place, which I like. Installing it in the car was a breeze. Feels sturdy and great quality.

This is our 2nd car seat so installation was pretty straight forward as it was the same as other bramd car seats. Only thing was that the quick connect is also shown on the instruction manual which attaches to the anchors but mine only came with regular hooks. Didnt know that the quick connect was an option. Also, this is a front facing ONLY car seat. My child is 25months and i prefer them to still be rear facing but child's weight allows them to be front facing. Car seat also converts to 3 diff stages from infant car seat -> toddler where you can use the car seatbelt -> booster seat only and you can take the back off. Good value for the functionality. Buy definitely not recommended for under 24 months.

My son loves the car seat! We also love that it's slimmer than his non-convertible seat, bonus points for double cup holders. Also, the bottom buckle having a padded cushion around it for comfort is a great plus.

A lot bulkier then I would have liked and the head rest sticks out a lot so much so I was worried my kid wouldn't be able to get to the window controls but after installation the car seat has definitely grew on me and serves its purpose.

The seat is great, easy to use, easy to install, and comfortable for the children. My only complaint is the lack of comfort/shoulder pads on the five point harness portion. They are in the picture but were not on either of the two car seats I ordered.

The seat looks nice, but the headrest design is not the best. My 5 yr old daughter could not turn her head at all and felt claustrophobic in the seat. I bought two, one for each of my kids and returned both and purchased the graco nautilus seats. Much better design and more comfortable for my kids.

The head rest sticks out too far which pushes his head forward and looks extremely uncomfortable. The seat doesn't tilt back much at all either. Which doesn't help with his head being pushes forward. My son is 4 years old and 40lbs and because it sits almost straight up and his head is pushed forward I am debating on sending it back. Not the right for us. The material is very well made and well padded.

The position or side of the head rest pushed my 4-year old's head forward so his chin was almost in his chest. We returned this seat and purchased a different brand.

The head rest is Very uncomfortable for kids.. it push his head out all the time... he is bent all the time.. he has neck pain when we have long trips... I did had to remove the head rest out...
