The Ever After High dolls are just too cute! They have so my details. My 8 year old loves all the accessories they come with. They are made with such attention to detail which goes a long way with the girls who are into fashion. She came with a little story book and my daughter enjoyed reading about her background. This doll is beautifully made, she is colorful and easy to change in and out of clothes. One of the things my daughter enjoyed most is her hair :) lots of hair....even my 2 year old loves playing with her. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

The problem with this toy was: we only had one. My kids argued and fought over it for weeks, until we bought 2 more so they all have one, have bought an additional 2 for other kids for birthday parties, all of which the kids loved. I have finally received my first product!! My daughters are 4 turning 5, 8 turning 9, and 10 years old, all of the girls loved Darling Charming! The details on this doll are beautiful! We also loved that this adorable doll came with a story book and bookmark. We all sat together and read the story before playing with Darling, my older daughters even reread the story for their assigned reading for school. Not as bad as Mattels other dolls, but seeing as how Mattel OWNED AND CREATED ever after high they have no reason to be this inaccurate when making their dolls, Kitty Chesire is not purple, Ginger Breadhouse does not have brown eyes, and Darling Charming does not have thin eyelashes, tan skin, a beauty mark, or any eye makeup, this doll isnt as inaccurate as any other dolls that Mattel has made but there is still a lot of room for improvement, and sadly my opinion on the dolls wont change until they stop releasing them at such a fast pace and take the time to SLOW DOWN and examine what their characters actually look like before they manufacture them

This doll is truly a pretty doll and my daughter loved her dress. Her knees are made to move and she is easy to manipulate. This is the first Ever After High Doll that we own so I cannot compare it to others. I am unsure of the concept for my six year old because I am not ready to introduce what a rebel is.
