Relatively good quality for the price. Materials are a bit on the thin side compared to sturdier/pricier options, but as expected for what I paid.

These shears are junk. There are flakes of black paint in the plastic bag and black rubbed off on my fingers. They do not open and close smoothly. I will not be able to use these shears as they will contaminate the bandages.
