My second time buying this scooter (wore the first one out after two years of service) Does what it's supposed to do Can you think of anything worse than running an errand 5miles out and come back and find your scoot has a flat tire!!! It's a must have for me to have solid rubber tires Keep it up on two wheels and stay in the bike lane

Very happy with this purchase, I am 235 lbs and the 800 watts pulls me around effortlessly. The 28 mph helps me get to point B incredibly fast. I bought it as a backup and now it's my primary. Excellent scooter. Some advice!!! Leave the seating apparatus alone. It's way better sitting down at 28 mph

Merchant professional and communicate well. The scooter looks solid and the design is good - - - The scooter was operating normally until the all lights started blinking and no longer running, I contacted the seller they sent me a replacement screen, I tried to fix it following the video sent to me, but it was unsuccessful. I returned it.

Very shakey over bumps and the small tires make turns difficult. It's fast and good for the money but the H-9 model that appears to be discontinued was much better. The front light can't shine light further than about 2-3ft with the ways it's designed either

The fact that the electronics died on me the 3rd day I had it. And with no way to fix it. and no explanation on ordering parts for it. I brought it right back to Walmart where I ordered from. Money right back. Not a word. Love them. So no more Scooters for me.n

I bought the scooter back in mid December for Christmas. I've used it maybe 2 or 3 times between then and now. So when i went to plug it in to charge it, the LED indicator stays green and the scooter won't charge. I'm not sure who to contact about this problem or how to get it resolved. Other than that issue, i have no problems.

DO NOT PURCHASE, major design flaw! My son had this for about 3 weeks and the front part folded in on him while he was riding at at about 20mph. He had to jump off of it and it happened twice. The first time he thought he may not have put the pin in correctly but it happened again, pin was still in it! They need to redesign so that the front wheel doesn't fold down, thank God he wasn't on a busy road because it could've gone worse than it did.

Don't buy this scooter if your worried about anything happening and getting sent replacement parts from the company. Had the scooter just over 90 days and they want me to pay 25$ for a new screen and told me “it was probably damaged by hitting something so it's not covered under warranty” curious as to how they can tell me it was damaged by hitting something when it came out the box like that . Scooter itself is ok, poorly built. Especially where the pin goes to folding mechanism. Pops out all the time.

Not a reliable consumer. it may be possible that the third party consumer is sellomg the same bad bike. once purchased the link disappears and no ome answers. Luckily walmart returns and refunds you. i was not able to leave a review until a week after returning the scooter and I know see it is back up for sale. please dont waste your time or money.

So I haven't had the scooter for a long time its pretty much brand new I haven't got the chance to ride it much due to the charger randomly stopped working from an unknown reason it was working then one day just stopped and I haven't been able to get another one
