awesome price on bag. If you do any kind of heavy punching you will need longer handwraps, it comes with 108"s. 180"s are recommended for any real punching. The gloves that came are large so if you have small hands or really big hands you will have to buy more gloves, but the bag is well worth the price. I had it shipped to my house for next to nothing.

Heavy bag kit is an excellent value and great training aid for the MMA beginner like my son. The bag appears to be well-made and durable, and everything you need to get started is included: bag gloves, hand wraps, bungee tie down. The joist heavy bag mount (also available at Walmart.com) was a very useful accessory since we hung it in the basement. Junior is happliy pounding away.

I ordered this set online and was worried after reading many of the reviews that I wouldn't receive a "complete" product due to bad or rough shipping, but I was relieved to see that everything was there, although the box had been opened. The only thing that was wrong was the zipper at the top of the bag was broken, but that is an easy fix. So far this has been a great purchase and I don't expect it will be anything less than that. I would recommend this product as it seems to be of very good quality and can take a beating! Good luck in your workout endeavors!

Its taking a good beating so far, and no problems. But only 2 weeks maybe 3 weeks with it, IF that. I will probably update this if anything goes wrong. Afraid a strap might rip but besides that all good. Good Gloves too, Kinda large. l/Xl i believe.

I got it for my nephew for Christmas. He seems to like it. Everything included at a very reasonable price. Looks very surdy. Just make sure you pick a sturdy place to hang it because it is VERY HEAVY.

Bag comes pre-filled so be ready to haul a big box if you order site-to-store. I fit it into the trunk of a camry with lid shut. Quality 70 lb. bag with chain, swivel, and carabiner hooks at both ends. Hook on bottom of bag for bunJee to the floor. BUNJEE INCLUDED. Gloves are decent, open thumb and quite comfortable. HAND WRAPS INCLUDED w/instructions. BE AWARE the kit does NOT come with mounting hardware. Go to the hardware store and buy a 115 lb. metal, screw-in, circle hook for a buck and save some money on the hardware. From box to boxing took me 5 minutes! Well worth it for under $100.00!

The bag got a tear in it not even 1 day of use. I would not recommend this to anybody who plans on actually using it.

Came with only bag, it says it comes with gloves, hand wrap, bungee cord and chain. ONLY THE BAG CAME.
