I like how this has 3 adjustable settings. The beginner setting didn't do much for me. The second setting was perfect for me. My back cracked in places I didn't no could Crack! Only slightly painful followed by immediate satisfaction and relief! This is a wonderful product

I wasn't sure this would really do anything at first but I got to try it out after a long day working in the yard so my back was getting sore. It feels so good to be able to stretch my back out like this. I actually put it on the end of my bed with me standing up at end I kinda lower myself like I'm going to sit then slowly lean back over stretcher. It feels great! Comes with a strap to use on a chair but I haven't done that yet. Highly recommend!

This back stretcher does work. I have to say it's a little difficult to get it into one of the three arch sizes. If you are lacking strength I'm not sure if it would work. I started on the lowest setting and could definitely feel it, went to the next and decided to stick with the lowest setting until my back can handle the lowest setting first. I like it better with the cushion on instead of the acupressure nubs as they just seemed to hurt.

I love this back stretcher. It has helped so much. I started on the lowest setting and worked my way up depending on my level of comfort. Since i have been using it i have noticed that i am sleeping so much better and waking up in a lot less pain than ever before. It is super easy to remove the pad for cleaning.

Had 1 of these (the original model) for 18 yrs %26 for 18 yrs using it, I have not had my back slip out of place. Hard to believe such a small, inexpensive idea can save your back if you use it every time your back needs stretched out. It's the stretch that keeps your back from slipping out of alignment. GREAT PRODUCT, the pad is a great improvement!

Let me start by saying I have chronic pain. Some tools work and some don't. I was really hoping this would be the answer to my neck issues, but it didn't seem to be (for me). I need a little more movement or give to help adjust my spine. However, my husband did love it. At first, we put it on the dining room chair and he liked it. Now, he wants to move it to his home office chair, where he can use it a lot more often. So while it didn't help me, it is greatly appreciated by my husband.

Compact and easy to use back stretcher. You can adjust the arch to different settings for your needs. You can lay on it or put it on a chair while working at your desk. After a long day I found some back pain relief from laying on this back stretcher.

It took me awhile to get this product together and it never really fit right in my chair. There is definitely a possibility that it will fit better in another chair but I wanted to use it in my desk chair. It definitely did not make my low back pain and constant hunching I er my desk worse but it didn't help it yet either. The jury is still out for me on this one and maybe I need video help or something because it just doesn't seem quite right.
