Am currently monitoring my cholesterol, as I change my diet, between annual physician visits. Hoping to keep from needing statins. This test was easy to use, with quick results - I feel is very comparable to a blood test through my physician. Price is very reasonable.

I appreciated the fast response, both on shipping to me and in getting the results back to me. I like not having to go into a lab. The cost is reasonable as I have really really bad insurance and would spend just as much if not more going through my doctor. The only "problem" I had, which was a minor thing, was where I pricked my finger bruised underneath and it took many days to heal and it hurt to use it the whole time. I suspect I pushed down too hard. I plan on using this again to see if my intervention steps will lower my cholesterol.

I am high risk. Last year I was on doxycycline long term. It missed up my vitamin d, cholesterol, triglycerides too. So i worked on all of thrm. Due to being high risk i don't go inside anywhere. Now i do telehealth doctor appointments and this is how I check my levels. Everything was better except my triglycerides. I have decided to quit diet soda and recheck it in 6 months.

This is the most efficient and economical way to keep up on your cholesterol. My provider will only check your cholesterol once a year, which makes it difficult to see if your progress of lowering your cholesterol without dangerous drugs is working. Peace of mind is priceless.

I am not sure if I would buy this cholesterol and lipid test again because even though it gave me high results, I had my cholesterold, lipids tested in a lab in my town by my doctor and that result was twice as high! So, how do I know which one is correct??

I purchased the test because I was nervous about going to my annual physical. I got my blood work results from my Dr today, and they were much different from Everlywell. My cholesterol was 141 (Everlywell was 180) triglycerides were 134 (Everlywell was 219!!]. Big waste of money!!
