Smaller than it looks
It was smaller than expected for a back cold pack. I have had other brands that are wider and cover more. The quality seems good but it was not what was expected.

The Beads
I think they need to add more of the beads to get more coverage. The more beads the more cold or heat is distributed when wearing it.

Good for knee or wrist but to small for shoulder
Way too small and does not stay cold long. I was really wanting to like this item because it has beads in it. And the packaging said for the shoulder. Very hard to strap onto the shoulder and impossible to cover the shoulder because it's so small. Maybe this would be great for a wrist or knee.
