Everstart Butane Torch – Adjustable Flame Refillable Butane Torch Lighter for Soldering, Heat Shrink, Automotive, and Home Repair

This purchase provides a backup for the same torch we bought several years ago. We use it to light our charcoal grill (we grill a LOT) and it has worked perfectly every time. The only minor flaw is spilling some gas when we refill but it is minor. We love these torches. The original is still working perfectly. I expect this one will too, whenever the time comes to open the package and put it into service. We bought two so we can include one in a gift we're putting together for a grill-happy friend. No complaints here!

I looked at every small Butane Torch for shrink tube & Soldering and this is absolutely the best torch! Why.... it's easy to ignite with one hand, press a safety button (which stays depressed) then press the igniter > PLUS it has an adjustable flame AND a button to maintain a continuous flame. This IS the torch to buy and got it for $8.98 on a Rollback.... it's worth $20 easy.... just buy it!

This torch works great, is adjustable and easy to refill. Simple and effective. Pretty decent construction being plastic. You can spend more, but why?? Just buy it.

Light little torch that is perfect for paint pouring or creme brûlée. small and easy to use. Good price. The butane needs to be purchased separately and is easy to put into the torch. Just push the bottle of butane into the bottom of the torch.

This has worked several months, and I really like it. I override the safety feature with super-glue. Sometimes the ignitor will take a few clicks to work, but generally it does well.

I wish I could see the fuel level. The window is not clear enough to tell. I wish it had a clip on it to clip on pants or pocket. I use it outdoors to burn trash and it works good. It works better than it looks. so far it is reliable. I just don't know when the fuel is low until it runs out on me so it takes me longer when I have to walk back to house to refuel.

Pretty good product a little bigger than I expected quality is fair overall it's a good product, especially for the price

I bought this torch and a can of butane to quick light campfires. It's compact and light compared to the construction torch our son uses for the same purpose. It was a little confusing to use the first time but it was a child resistant feature. g

right out of the box with the flame on lowest setting it would sputter and go from a blue flame to an orange flame that shot out about 6 inches,(pressure was too high) I had to take it apart and lift the flame adjustment wheel off of the little notched wheel that it attaches to, to adjust the pressure coming out of the valve, and move it way over and re-attach it so i could turn it down far enough to make the flame stop tripping out. once i did that it will finally work right and i can turn it down way low. but still a super cheap lightweight torch that prob. won't last long.. don't waste your money unless this is all you can afford? I'd buy the bernzomatic torch they have instead.. way better for the money

I bought 2 of these because the first one didn’t work straight out the gate. But when I got it a second time it came to my attention that this product is only good for is wasting $15 a butane...
