It’s very hard to find a retailer that beats Walmart prices. These jumper cables were heavy duty and I wasn’t expecting them to be priced so low. It was a win-win!!!!

Good length, reached from one large car to another with posts on opposite ends of the engine bay. Has pretty good clamps with bolt-grabbing extensions. Worth the extra few bucks to get this quality so there are no problems.

I've always kept jumper cables in my car, though I've never actually needed to use them. I have, however, let other people use them on occasion, and they've always worked well. But I know those little cables wouldn't be able to do the job for a truck or if there was no way to pull the vehicles side by side or hood to hood. So I went looking for some longer, heavier duty cables. I unexpectedly stumbled on an amazing deal for these EverStart Maxx cables, and they are exactly what I needed. Three connectors are only copper-plated, not copper all the way through, which is lower quality but certainly more within my budget. And the 20' length makes jump starting a car possible no matter what the parking situation. The bigger gauge also makes them more capable of jumpstarting vehicles larger than my little compact car, which is important given that I'm likely to let a few strangers use them. Overall, these cables are a great buy if you want the versatility and capability of better-than-basic jumper cables but can't afford the absolute top-of-the-line options.
