OUTSTANDING !
The battery inside my garage door opener leaked and it ate through the contact that inserts into the 9 volt battery. Since my verrry old (at least 50 years old) soldering iron had crapped out, I needed a new one in order to reconnect the contact to the wire so that it could be inserted into the battery. This one did the job and cost under $6 !!!

I am not an electrician, I'm a great grandma, that uses a sodering iron to melt holes in plastic containers I use for gardening. It also works well on lg garbage cans to make drain holes. Works well.

Very happy with this product! I was amazed that I got it for such a reasonable price, very easy to handle, lightweight. Quality feels sturdy. The temperature gets very hot when ready to apply. My main usage was to create drainage holes in used water bottles for my plant cuttings! Worked very well and the task went very quickly. Can't wait to see what other hobbies I can use this product on!

Great for your soldering needs
For the cost, it's a great tool. It's quick to heat up and other than accidentally moving it and burning myself it's been great.

Soldered itself
It stopped working within a week . Not very good quality in my opinion it burned itself up with regular usage.
