The pills have a vitamin type of scent that isn't appealing. The pill is large so lots of water. I've been taking this for two and a half weeks and o hope to see an improvement. What would make this better would be for the actual pill to be made as a capsule or make it smaller.

The smell was very strong of minerals and almost chalk? the color was also super vibrant orange. The taste was not great, but I did like that you only have to take 1x a day. The pill was big and hard to swallow. I like the design and idea of the natural supplements to the vitamins but at the same time it is not a large brand and not super reputable. I didn’t have adverse effects but also didn’t notice any crazy benefits. All in all just the same.

I would say they’re a similar size to antibiotic pills and that made it a little harder to swallow. There isn’t a bad taste or smell which is great, but having to swallow it is harder. These are 55+ which may be harder for someone who’s a little older, I think a smaller tablet would be better.
