The product was the correct water filter for my Whirlpool refrigerator and there was a useful tutorial on how to find where in the refrigerator it was located and exactly how to replace it.

Web site was easy to use. Found exactly what I was looking for quickly. Order arrived on the day they said it would. Very pleased with process and product.

The filters don't last long, especially since I have a while house water filter. Makes me think these are on a timer, which is not consumer friendly. They're way too expensive to not last longer before your fridge light comes on and says to change your $50 water filter. Tired of corporate greed. Appliances don't even last more than 5-10 treats anymore, which is ridiculous. The filter Really is not a good value but no generic options. I use mine 2x longer each time.

This is the legit Whirlpool %232 water filter for refrigerators. The value is the least expensive I found online and retail stores. The only reason I am giving 4 starts is because it took a long time to come. Besides the shipping delay, everything else is perfect.

I can't give any rating on quality of this product since it has not arrived. You might want to send out these surveys after the product has arrived. I am sure the product will be great, but since I have not received it yet I cannot comment on how well or not that it performs.

I may have to exchange this filter as I didn't realize there were different numbered units for Whirlpool refrigerators.

I love the product, but the shipping kept being delayed. Not delivered as promised. Will not buy again on Walmart app.

Still have not received it! Therefore I can't evaluate the quality nor anything else associated with it.

Had all the same numbers on it as the filter in use, but will not turn into the slot! The new filter has a little different design! Hopefully can return!
