Bud here. These micro weights changed my life on the macro level. at the age of 52 i can press 147....up from 135.5, these smaller increments make me stronger over time. I highly recommend them to avoid serious injuries. Don't be tempted by their shape. They don't taste like real glazed donuts!

They are great for that one percent increase that overtime makes a big difference. I couldn't do leg curls but now I can do 17 pounds I increased to five and seven then 10, 12, 15 and now I am at 17 lbs. I know it's not much but it's much more than I used to do which was nothing. These fractional weights have been instrumental for me to keep making progress towards my fitness goal, getting stronger a little at a time I also bought dumbbells bars and this little plates fit them perfectly. I started at 10 pounds and now I'm at 21. Also great for the deadlifts and chest press. I'm lifting 200 pounds and I started at 105. They look pretty and they're not too bulky

Outstanding quality and beautiful appearance. I bought two chrome sets, which has a pair of 1 lb, .75 lbs, .5 lbs, and .25 lbs for each set, and are using them both on my Rogue M20R 20-lb stainless steel mace, which now weighs 30 lbs.

Very useful as I am older and am only able to increase the weight in small increments.

Beautiful nice solid plate that make your increment small enough that's not noticeable and safe
