Great
This pocket is perfect. It stays together when filled, doesn't get mushy and is very flavorful. I've filled with egg salad, tuna salad, sausage and fried eggs. It's got endless possibilities.

Delicious and only 50 milligrams of sodium
These are so delicious and very low sodium. You pull apart a piece of square pita that is scored in the middle. Each resulting rectangular piece has its own pocket and is one serving containing 50 milligrams of sodium. One pocket can hold an entire can of tuna made into tuna salad or one piece (or more) of cheese to make a delicious grilled cheese sandwich. I have made BLT sandwiches that don't fall apart. The pita is very firm and does not fall apart from the weight or moisture of the ingredients.

These are Great! We would buy them every week if they weren't SO EXPENSIVE! 😔🫰 IT COST LIKE $25 for (3) packages and those each ONLY had (3) pitas in them!!! Holy moly that's super pricey just to get a few simple pita that aren't grossly overloaded with sodium .....
