Excellent movie.
The Evil Dead movies are my favorite horror franchise. Evil Dead Rise is one of the better movies in the series. Lots of gore and creepy vibes. Plenty of easter eggs in it from the other dead movies. I would definitely like to see a sequel to this one.

The movie is well acted and tense. The atmosphere is scary and keeps you on edge of your seat. The actors all do well and portray a family unit in a believable fashion. Would recommend.

Good 4k, mid Movie
The 4k looks great, however it looses a star for having ZERO special features! I don't know why there aren't any for this film but it is a shame. The movie itself is alright - for reference I have only seen “The Evil Dead” (2013). I think this one lacked that sense of character development for me. It is weird, I wanted to care about this family, the actors all performed their roles wonderfully, but this one just didn't connect with me as well as the 2013 film.
