A good affordable Abs machine that works!
This is a good workout AB Machine that allows a great workout for abs and strength. It is smooth and I would recommend this to anyone who wants a good abs workout!

sturdy equipment, kind of awkward to use at first but definitely feel it in my abs. has several levels of "resistance " and offers a few different exercises. will continue to use
