I didn't know what to think about this at first. I was shopping for electrolytes for intraworkouts to help with muscle fatigue and was tired of spending a fortune on those name brand packets everyone knows and loves. I've never used a carb powder for anything either. So what I'll do is mix this with my homemade preworkout and then go to town on my PPL. What I've grown to love about this is that I have noticed the muscles stay fuller longer. I don't mean a few hours after the gym what I mean is after a week of using this it's like the muscle pump starts to stay with you. The powder dissolves super easy, and the flavor isn't half bad. So I haven't found any negatives yet. I did cut the bag opening the box and had to find an old container to put it in though but that's not their fault haha

Enjoying this product more than I expected. This amino acid / carb powder mixes really well, tastes great and starts helping on day 1. I use it in the Sauna and notice I can stay in longer and when I finish my workouts I feel recovered much faster. Normally I cramp a lot and this is a major help. If you want to boost it, add 5 grams of creatine and you have and awesome post workouts before the protein intake. I won't be without this product going forward.

this is great mixed with protein powder for a post workout drink. it's a 50/50 carbo mix so you get both fast and slow burning carbs

Very impressive intra-workout mix! Before using this product I would just use dextrose by itself but the combination of EAAs, electrolytes, and flavoring has been great. Definitely a new staple product for me!

This is a great, tasty hydration drink that mixes great to keep me feeling good through my long cardio workouts. It is also a nice treat to have in the mornings or night to get a sweet taste without turning to unhealthy foods.

This is a very unique product. Not only is it an electrolyte drink, but it also provides you with extra carbs for energy the rest of the day. It mixes well and actually tastes good!
