Really like this liquid chalk — it's easy to apply, dries fast, and gives a strong grip without the dust or cleanup of regular chalk. Works great for lifting and pull-ups. A little goes a long way, so the bottle lasts a while. Definitely buying again!

I bought this for my brother for Calisthenics and he said it works very well and is super easy to wash off when done.

I got this liquid chalk for my fiance. They are building a brand new apartment complex for work and there is no central air installed yet. Installing cabinets all day with sweaty hands leaves his palms covered in blisters, so I thought maybe this would help. He said it really does improve his grip and helps prevent his palms from getting sweaty. It also reduces the friction and therefore the blisters on his palms. Once this bottle is out, I'm sure he will be buying the biggest one he can find. There is a slight scent to it that I can't describe, but it isn't off-putting.

This gym liquid chalk is a good product. It does seem to give a better grip when weight lifting. But it can be a bit messy. But only if you use too much. Mostly we haven't had any problems. Just put a dab of the liquid chalk on one hand and then rub your hands together. You do not need a lot at a time. You do need to let your hands air dry after applying for 10-15 seconds. Not long at all. To clean your hands up just wash with soap and water. Something most will do anyway after working out. I would recommend this and would purchase in the future.

You squeeze a small amount on your hands, rub it in, and--voila!--you have chalk on your hands. I was quite impressed. This stuff really does work! It stays on pretty well. I'm not sure about all the ways it adds grip because I only lift weights. And your hands already have good grip for that. I don't know how well it would work for someone who does rock wall climbing, gymnastics, etc. etc., but it does work well for weightlifting (and Ultimate Frisbee, as it turns out...). I hope you enjoy this product and all the ways you can use it! :-)

It'll get the job done, but I will not purchase it again. You have to reapply like every 10 minutes, and it just flakes off your hands and the bar. Gross ngl.
