The chair functions as it should. Rocks. Glides. Reclines. The reclining feature is combined, meaning you cannot raise *just* the legs. It reclines simultaneously with the leg feature rising.

The fabric is super soft and the chair is strong and easy to assemble and use. It's super worth it

Very nice chair to sit on. However, the back of the chair squeaks loudly when trying to rock baby. It has done this since the day it arrived. I was hoping it would get more use in and the squeak of the cushion might go away. Nice to read in but difficult to rock in due to noises.

We've had this chair in our nursery for about 3 months now. The chair looks nice and seems sturdy. It reclines smoothly and is fairly comfortable. It would be better if it had a headrest as we have to use a pillow if we're reclined in it. The major downside to this chair is that the back squeaks very loudly when we're rocking in it. It has been this way ever since we received it. It is likely due to poor materials or construction. Please be aware of this very loud squeaking before you buy the chair. Overall, it's a fine chair but you do get what you pay for. I would only suggest purchasing the chair if it's on a major sale.

When shipped the recliner is literally is just in a box, there’s no protection around the recliner. The box was very banged up when we got it. After taking it out of the box, there were some marks on the recliner. It was easy to attach the back to it. Upon reclining the chair, we can hear cracking of wood. When we went to inspect it in the back, the reclining metal part is digging right into the wood. After several times of reclining it, the cracking sounds stopped I guess because it’s made it’s indent but it makes me question how long this recliner will last. It is a pricey recliner that I went over my budget for so I am very disappointed, I just debating whether to go through the hassle of returning it and trying to find another electric glider recliner. I’ll be contacting customer service next to for solutions.

We have one of these chairs from 4-5 years ago and love it so much. We needed an additional one for another space now, and although it looked identical, it was not. This chair design has been updated and now the backrest lays down before the legs come up. I contacted the manufacturer itself and was told this is the new design. It's AWFUL! I love our original Harlow recliner, but this one is just the worst design. Who wants to lay back before their legs start to come up in a recliner?! I would NOT recommend this chair to anyone!

I had high hopes for this nursing chair, especially given how straightforward the assembly was. Unfortunately, by the second week, the chair started squeaking with every slight movement. This completely defeats the purpose of a nursing chair — the noise consistently wakes up my baby, making nighttime feeds more stressful than soothing. For a product designed for comfort and calm, this was a complete letdown. Save your time and money — look for something sturdier and truly silent.

ugh this is SO SQUEAKY no matter what we do! There are only two pieces to the chair, and we've tightened and WD40'd everything, but it still squeaks with every single rock. While the baby doesn't seem to mind, it drives the adults out of our minds! Also, I'm not sure what the arm rests are made out of, but they're not even strong enough to withstand the pressure of using them to get out of the chair while holding a baby. The first time that i pressed my arm into the rightb arm rest in order to push myself up, I heard a breaking noise and felt the arm intent. This feels like a chair that cost about $25 in materials. I thought i was being responsible by not "wasting" money on a more expensive chair, but now I've actually wasted money buying a cheap chair that i hate every time i sit in it. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY
