Finally, a precise cold cut chop saw!

Dry Creek Services January 10, 2025

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received my Evolution EVOSAW380 ! I am so excited about having it as my dedicated chop saw for clean precise cuts without the burrs & hot edges. I've always used band saws for most cuts, but this changes the game in a positive way!

As great as they say

slee January 17, 2025

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This saw is indeed as great as the other reviews suggest. Quick, clean, accurate, and weld-ready cuts. It truly cuts sleek like [cold] butter and leaves the steel cold to the touch. Dramatically upped my productivity by eliminating the time previously required to clean/correct abrasive cuts.

Great saw!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I haven't had this for long, but so far I love it! This saw cuts through 2"x 6" x 3/16" mild steel tube steel like butter. It is a huge step up from my abrasive wheel chop saw. One of my better purchases.

Excellent tool and well worth it.

Hillbillyfrmga December 29, 2024

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Excellent tool. I think I got exactly what I needed. The reviews and YouTube videos were spot-on. The tray works well for chip collection, but cutting does send small hot chips flying to a lesser degree. The cuts are square and cool to the touch. The saw does not even notice 3/16 steel being cut. I am very satisfied. And agree it is a wise investment for a smaller or mobile operation.

EVOSAW380

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I actually bought two of these and i am impressed! I gave one to my son, and he is impressed as well. I have an abrasive chop saw its 28 years old and still works well. The difference in cuts between it and this new Evolution saw is remarkable. The Evo saw cuts are straight and true! It cuts quick and efficiently, and i like the chip drawer underneath.I havn't used it much, but i will and i cant wait! Thanks

Easy decision!

Eric January 18, 2025

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Was tired of using the old grinder and sawzaw for most of my repetitive cuts and the abrasive chop saw drives me up a wall. Picked this up and the first couple of uses have been great. Working on a set of steel and wood stairs right now and can't say enough good things about this cutting through 11gauge 1x1 without issue.

Power and cutting ability

Anonymous January 10, 2025

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this saw a month ago for my shop and was very impressed with the performance of the saw, it cuts through metal pipe and flat stock like butter, I cut a short section of angle iron and failed to secure it properly and broke a tooth out of the blade and noticed it had no effect on the ability to continue to cut even heavy material!

Didn't know what I was missing!

Bill January 16, 2025

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used an abrasive cut-off saw for the last 40 years (outside). I am in a new place and now work inside. I have a small home animatronics business. I cannot throw sparks like I did with the old saw (too many Flammables in close proximity. I saw the Evolution saw used on you tube and liked the minimum sparks it threw. I recently purchased the Evolution 380 and man was I impressed. Cuts like butter and very precise. Best tool purchased in a long time

Game changer

Stairman January 17, 2025

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I trim stairways in new homes and probably 80% of them have some type of metal baluster. I have been using either a metal cutting bandsaw or an abrasive chop saw to cut them. The bandsaw is slow, heavy and cumbersome and the chop saw is loud and nasty. I kept seeing ads for the Evolution and decided to give it a shot. When I cut the first baluster I knew I had hit a home run. This saw is a game changer. Fast and smooth describe how it cuts. My chopsaw and band saw are now parked in my shed. This saw has cut my baluster cutting time by at least a third.

Worth every penny!

abe c January 27, 2025

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this saw with Christmas gift cards. I went with this model for the cast aluminum base, and I saved a bunch going with the old model even though I don't think I lost any features. The saw cuts like butter. Way better and faster than a grinder for flat bar, tube, and anything else that'll fit in the saw. It does mitered cuts pretty well too!
