Evolution S355MCS 14" Mitering Chop Saw / Heavy Duty / Metal Cutting

I debated buying this saw for a while as I already have the standard metal cutting saw, which is great. This mitering saw really blows it out of the water. So much more efficient, just release the locking tab and rotate to your next angle. Everything works so smoothly, and extremely user friendly. An added benefit is the different clamping system. It easily adapts to many different sizes and shapes, it's great. The only thing I'm mad about is I waited to so long to buy this machine. Game Changer!!

The evolution s355mcs is a great saw. I like the idea of moving the saw and not the work piece. Also a nicer way to clamp the work down. I also have the 15 inch chop saw and i love that saw i use it all the time. The s355mcs will be my go to saw now. I never had any problems with any of my evolution products i own.

I watched the ads for months and finally caved after doing cut time math. I am rarely really happy with a purchase and this one exceeded my expectations! I love this saw.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Used it a couple times, seems to cut square and angles are accurate for what I do. Easy to change angles. Leaves a nice cut, very little bur left. Way better then my traditional abrasive cut off saw

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This machine is such a time saver. The cuts are clean and could be used with any further (or very little) grinding/sanding prep. The saw table creates the perfect work platform and makes our shop more efficient. Highly recommended.

Fit ups are spot on for mitered joints, and we are able to process a lot more parts to keep our welders burning wire instead of waiting on parts coming off our large band saw line.

With this product it has save me so much time from marking 45* to cleaning up after cuts Well done on your product 👍

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is actually the first time i have sent in a review. I am a contractor and used one of these that a friend had. I was pretty impressed with it so i bought one for my company. I am using it for some metal fabrication both stainless and aluminum. The saw is great. It has some clamps that are kind of funky and not that good but the saw is really nice. I am not a fan of the saw blades though. The stainless blade was dull after probably 5 cuts of 3” x 1/16” tube 304. I purchased a second stainless blade and it has lasted much longer. Did I just get a crap blade? I dont know maybe. If that is the case then someone should look at the quality control because the blades are terribly expensive. All in all i am happy with the saw and would buy it again

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just got my new saw and made a few test cuts in some square stock as well as thick rectangle stock,needless to say I am stoked to start my next project. This saw cuts smooth and straight and is super accurate.
