EvoShield XVT Batting Helmet Gloss Finish, Charcoal, Large and Extra Large

My 13 year old love this helmet and it works great and looks even better. The only issue with this helmet is that it runnings REALLY BIG. The smaller size helmet is almost as big as the hat size listed for the large. If you're at all between sizes, choose the smaller size.

I bought two helmets this time for my son who plays club ball. He plays from west to east coast in many different climates. He loves to because its comfortable in hot and cold weather. He got drill in the head by a fast ball and said he felt nothing. So that's why I bought two more for this great price.

I bought this helmet for my grandson, who is 12 and bigger than most .All of the Sport stores that we usually shop at did not have a great selection of adult helmets. I used the measurements for his favorite ball cap and the helmet fit with a little room. It's a great quality helmet, at a great price

Protects you from getting hit in the head. Works good for baseballs. Fits well, but just loose enough so that when I'm rounding second base on my way to a triple, I can subtly use my left hand to knock it off and let my glorious hair flow in the wind before I slide into the base.

Adult small is a good size for a kid with a larger dome. A little big for my 10 year old but with his hat underneath it fits perfectly. He says it's lighter and more comfortable than his old helmet. It looks really cool too, and you can put your team logo on the front since the brand logo is on the back.

My son needed a navy blue batting helmet for summer travel ball and everyone seemed to be out of stock but Baseball Savings had just what he wanted . We ordered it and in a couple of days we received it. Great products at a great price with quick shipping. Thanks!

My rating is a combination of the product, pricing, and great service. Given the state of the global economy and supply chain delays I found this to be a good deal, with fantastic service by Baseball Savings, and a reasonable shipping time given the constant delays we are all facing. This purchase and deliverable was smooth and I am all around satisfied. The team loves the helmets too.

I purchased this helmet as a replacement for an Easton. The only reason I did not give this 5 stars is because of the sizing. My son is a 6'1 220lb 13 year old with a big head. His Easton XL helmet fit him perfectly, the Evoshield XL is considerably larger (both brands have the exact same sizing parameters for XL). I had to purchase extra padding so the helmet fit snug.

They fit strange. For ten year olds we bought the smallest size (youth) and they are still big. Also, note that when you buy larger sizes the helmet itself does not get larger. Instead they reduce the amount of padding within the helmet. So every size you go up is technically less protective. Lucky for us we are using the smallest size so the kids will be protected. We had to buy spacer pads for some kids. They do look good though I gave it 3 stars. The gloss what looks sharp! Not sure I would be again though when the kids get older unless they put more padding in the larger sizes.

This helmet was not as advertised. The pic shows the ear padding only and the rest of the helmet is completely different padding. The helmets hurt the heads of most my team and helmets were sent back immediately. Not the normal quality of evo shield equipment I am accustom to.
