This helmet is very well constructed compared to competing models. The design and comfort are excellent. Only thing I would change is the visibility gap between the bill and face mask. My daughter said the mask sticks out too far which caused her to focus on the bars, and because the bars are placed so close to the bill that's all she could see. We easily modified ours (and kissed that warranty goodbye) to drop the face mask for better visibility. We are blocking softballs here, not golf balls! Now it's the best helmet she's worn in 7 years!

The face mask doesn't line up and it blocks too much vision. I don't think a golf ball could squeeze through. The screws and mask don't line up correctly. The screws tend to fall out and require tightening after every practice or game

We got this helmet through our travel organization and after a week the chinstrap screw came out and is missing. There's no way to find a replacement screw and the standard kit on the market has a different thread. To add to the disappointment there is no way to actually contact this manufacturer to get a screw or purchase it on this site or any site. I am ultimately left to leave a comment here and hope for the best. And please don't try being helpful by responding with the warranty link. I already found it while trying to find a way to contact you. I simply just need a button screw for the chin strap.

No padding and it don't have accurate measurements It just has letter sizes instead of normal inches We ordered large / xl and it's to big and no padding at all which is very worrisome and can't exchange because they don't have any more stock still waiting a refund Sizes should be 6 1/2 to 7 1/2 etc.

Bought this with our tournament uniforms in May of last year. Today, 5/30, my daughter was playing in a game a took a ball to the bill/rim of the helmet. The ball took a piece of the helmet off, now leaving the helmet unusable. My daughter plays for a tournament team and she now has no helmet until I can find her one. We have always had Easton helmets and they have lasted YEARS, no matter what had happened. Also upsetting, once the helmet broke, IT SCRATCHED UP my DAUGHTER. She wasn't hit by a pitching machine or a college pitcher. It was a 14u ball. The helmet SHOULD last longer, not break and not hurt my daughter

Daughter used helmet for like 5 months and the screws came out of face mask ,not to happy now .I have to try and find some screws to fit face mask before we head out of town
