This product is amazing! Packaging was beautiful and the pre built pc was perfect. The instructions were clear and everything was so easy and simple to turn on and activate. I had zero problems and it's a great pc for the price!
Amazing price for the amount of ram and storage in it. I recommend this for a long lasting computer for kids first ones. Came perfectly in shape and nothing wrong with it.

it was a decent computer but it should not be advertised as a gaming PC because it does not perform like a gaming PC graphically.
upon plugging in to the monitor, i have lines on my screen. not even 24 hours after getting it out of the box. thankfully we have a warranty
This computer didn't work right from the start. I've built computers before and they worked with a few tweaks but this thing started stopping from the beginning. I went to the website but they had NO instructions for ANYTHING. Mouse, keyboard, WiFi 6, and the red flashing light on top would stop after reset, , only to start again!!! I spent 3 days working on it but I'm done. I want my money back.
It's all outdated do not buy
