SOooooooo Easy for us Old Folks!!!! I consider myself somewhere in the middle when it comes to being techno-savvy, but recently it seems every website I've consistently used has changed. From insurance to doctors and everyone in between. First I have to prove I'm human - ya know - choosing pictures of crosswalks and motorcycles...Sign. THEN my email where Code %231 comes in. When I enter THAT, I have to supply my phone %23 for YET another code. And finally, scan the QR code... Uh, No! Works ok but picture is wrong, it's actually round. Sounds quality is pretty decent.

I've had one of these. Rose color. Same model. It was great so i got another one. It was not a speaker. No increase in volume or loudness. i think I got a lemon.

I have no protection plan but I don't know how to go about it Please help

I bought this to amplify the spoken word on my laptop. It barely is one step louder than my laptop speaker and the sound is very tinny. There is no volume control on it and the instructions as to how it works or charges is very skimpy. It's not worth the money and I am returning it.
