I love this scooter. I'm 71 and am only 5' tall. Had no problem getting it road ready. It only took me a half hour and 10 minutes of that went to getting the box open. I recomend this scooter. Love the head lights.

Terrible and frustrating service!
This scooter came damaged. I am still waiting for my refund and it's been 3 weeks since I received the damaged item. The service has been horrible, one misinformation after another as to why I am not getting my refund. Seriously reconsidering buying another high priced item from walmart.

Need wheel replace bent during shipment
Back wheel is bent and falls off. Received it this way. Would like a replacement wheel and I will replace it.
